Key topics / take-aways
The masterclass will cover the journey from initial contact with a client (internal or external) through to post-event activity. We will decompose the co-design process in a series of clearly defined steps including exploration and understanding of the context and problem, crystallisation of and alignment on objectives, outcomes and scope, development of a design for the session and eventually an agenda.
We will focus in particular on:
Sponsor engagement: scoping, framing, setting context.
Art of questioning: asking the right questions at the right time and in the right way to drive clarity and focus.
Models: exploring how to use models to support co-design
Facilitation: exploring how the co-design process can inform your posture, language and choices at the front of the room
Post-event: co-designing for outcomes and extending the intent back into the day-to-day life of the organisation
Experience design: Creating the holistic conditions for the journey to be engaging and productive for your sponsors and participants

With her no nonsense style, she seeks to break down complex issues into manageable bite sized pieces. She has extended experience in publishing and project management in public and private sectors in Europe.
Jarryd is a researcher and designer of innovation and collaborative practices whose work transcends corporate, academic and entrepreneurial domains. During his PhD studies, he was awarded a prestigious Strategy Research Foundation Scholar award by the global Strategic Management Society. Jarryd also teaches design thinking in MBA programs alongside corporate and government partners and is a director of an advanced manufacturing business operating across Asia. He regularly works with teams to facilitate experiences that help organisations develop solutions to commercial and societal problems.
Georgie has a background in film making and has become expert at using the art of persuasion to bring people along the impossible journey of independent film making. Over 10 years ago, she entered the world of collaborative design and is now working at the intersection of creative and corporate. Georgie is a master at activating the invisible threads between people to bring the best out of their collaboration, and at supporting teams to operate at a high performing level, inside and outside workshops.
